Terms of Service

1. The service

PO Bridge reads Shopify inventory transfers and converts their line items into CSV files using export templates configured by the merchant. PO Bridge is not a purchasing, payment, fulfillment, or supplier communication service.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must have authority to install apps and access inventory information for the Shopify store where PO Bridge is used. You are responsible for activity performed through your store account.

3. Merchant responsibilities

• Review each CSV before sending it to a supplier.
• Confirm that template columns, quantities, costs, and destination details meet the supplier’s requirements.
• Use the app lawfully and keep Shopify account access secure.
• Maintain any records or approvals required for purchasing and inventory decisions.

4. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the app. We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, Shopify API changes, hosting providers, or events outside our control.

5. Fees

PO Bridge is offered under the Launch plan for USD $6.99 per month or USD $69 per year, with a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscriptions. Billing is processed through Shopify, and the applicable price, billing period, taxes, and plan terms are shown before a merchant approves a charge. Development stores may be eligible for no-charge testing. A merchant can cancel or change a plan through Shopify, subject to Shopify's billing terms and any changes displayed before approval.

6. Intellectual property

Maru Labs retains rights in PO Bridge and its software. Merchants retain rights in their store data, supplier template content, and downloaded files.

7. Disclaimer

PO Bridge is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a generated file will satisfy every supplier system or that source information from Shopify is complete. Merchants must review exports before relying on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maru Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access where necessary to address security, abuse, or legal concerns. A merchant may terminate these terms at any time by uninstalling PO Bridge.
