PO Bridge support

Set up supplier templates, export inventory transfers, and resolve common CSV issues.

Get started

  1. In Shopify admin, create an inventory transfer with the products and quantities you want to send to a destination location.
  2. Open PO Bridge and create a supplier template with the column names, order, delimiter, and encoding required by that supplier.
  3. Open a transfer, choose the template, review the preview, and download the CSV file.

Important limitation

PO Bridge exports Shopify Inventory Transfers. It does not read or export Shopify Purchase Orders.

Common questions

Why is my transfer missing?

Confirm that the transfer exists in Shopify admin and refresh PO Bridge. The app displays the most recent inventory transfers available through Shopify.

Why are characters broken in Excel?

Enable UTF-8 BOM in the supplier template. This is recommended for Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Thai, and other non-Latin text.

Can each supplier have a different file format?

Yes. Save a separate template for each supplier and customize its column names, included fields, order, delimiter, and UTF-8 BOM setting.

Does PO Bridge send the file to my supplier?

No. PO Bridge creates the file for review and download. The merchant is responsible for sending or uploading it to the supplier.
